Design Your Perfect Week. On paper.

Software apps are overwhelming (notifications!). Thick paper planners are heavy and hard to change. With TimeblockWeekly build the exact layout you need, print it on a single A4 paper, and take back control of your time.

Why Timeblocking?

Time-blocking method is a practice of dividing your day into blocks of time. Each block is dedicated to accomplishing a specific task, or group of tasks, and only those specific tasks.

Instead of vague to-do list, you create a concrete schedule for your week.

Why not just a to-do list?

To-do lists are endless and can be the cause of guilt. They easily create over-commitment, which is unhealthy and bad for morale. Timeboxing forces you to be realistic: you only have X hours. It helps you prioritize what actually matters so you make most of your days.

Why handwrite it?

Research suggests that writing by hand creates much more activity in the sensorimotor parts of the brain than typing or using a touch screen. Both children and adults learn more and remember better when writing by hand.

Writing things down strengthens our need for consistency and creates a commitment, as explained in Chapter 3 - Commitment and Consistency from Influence: Science and Practice by Robert Cialdini.

Why a new sheet every week?

Each week is a fresh start. With traditional paper planners you are stuck with a bad layout or wasted pages. With TimeblockWeekly you can adapt the planner to your specific schedule for that week.

Benefits

Why It Works

  • Eliminates Decision Fatigue: You don't waste energy deciding "what to do next". You just follow the plan.
  • Promotes Deep Work: By allocating hours, you protect your focus time from interruptions.
  • Realistic Planning: It forces you to confront how long things actually take, preventing over-commitment.
"A plan is a trap laid to capture the future."
Louis A. Allen

The Pragmatic Choice

Digital tools distract. Heavy planners burden. There is a better way.

Traditional Planners

  • ❌ Heavy to carry
  • ❌ Rigid layouts
  • ❌ Wasted pages on slow weeks
  • ❌ Bulky in small bags

Digital Apps

  • ❌ Constant notifications
  • ❌ Battery anxiety
  • ❌ Blue light strain
  • ❌ Hard to see the "whole week"
Best of Both

TimeblockWeekly

  • ✅ Single A4 paper
  • ✅ Infinite flexibility
  • ✅ 100% private & offline
  • ✅ Zero distractions

How It Works

1. Set Your Hours

Not everyone works 9-5. Customize what hour your day starts and ends. Work late? Start at noon. Early riser? Start at 5am.

2. Customize Granularity

Need 30-minute blocks for meetings? Or 2-hour blocks for deep writing? Adjust the grid density to match your workflow.

3. Print & Write

Generate a crisp, high-contrast PDF. Print it on your favorite paper stock. Grab your fountain pen and plan your week.

4. Archive & Review

At the end of the week, file it away. Looking back at a stack of completed weeks is more satisfying than clearing digital tasks.
